7. Safeguarding the Usage Regulations

8. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Usage Regulations are governed by Spanish Law. Servicios Ecológicos de Navarra and its users, to resolve any controversy that may arise regarding its validity, execution, compliance or total or partial resolution, are subject, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, to the competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Pamplona, Navarre, Spain. This contract constitutes the complete and integral expression of the agreement between Servicios Ecológicos de Navarra and the user, and replaces all previous pacts, commitments, manifestations or agreements, both written and oral, that may have previously existed between the two parties.
